The Exodus is our low-priced Superior Grade fully wired- audio + video scart interconnect that far exceeds low priced performance. For a start it uses genuine OFC conductors where others use 'bare' (or 'tough pitch' copper). These signal conductors are formed by our ultra-low noise concentric strand rope-lay design, the braided returns, having a greater cross-sectional area than that of the signal conductor - and therefore lower resistance - ensure very fast signal propagation.

On the audio side, the OFC conductors are individually insulated and the whole is surrounded by a screening layer of aluminium foil. Together with a drain wire this ensures 100% protection of the audio signal against radio frequency interference.

The 6 x 75ohm video OFC video conductors are insulated using superior polyethylene dielectrics-their return screen is a close knit braid of OFC encased in a jacket of PVC to ensure maximum protection of the delicate video conductors. Even the OFC 'fast blanking' and 16:9 trigger lines are screened! Finally, in a fit of overkill, we wound the whole structure in another aluminium foil layer before sheathing.

Our durable scart plug, with gold-plated pins, is designed to make intimate, reflection-free contact, shield the cable terminations from external RF and EMI interference and impose minimum strain on the socket. The result is a transmission line which maximises picture quality, sharpness and colour density and minimises the spuriae that cause degradation of the signals - and degradation of your enjoyment. Available in 1.0m, 1.5, 3m, 5.0 and 7.0 metre standard lengths.
