Many dealers also offer in-home cable trials so that the customer may buy with confidence after experiencing the performance of the product in his/her own audio system. Ecosse offers a 14-day risk-free trial period for standard length interconnects (0.8 and 1.0m) and terminated loudspeaker cables (2m and 3m prs) during which the customer may return the cables for a full refund (minus handling & service charge-10% of price). Contact Ecosse to arrange a return. All cables are manufactured at the time of order and most orders ship within 24-72 hours. Orders are shipped overnight, unless otherwise specified. Price usually includes shipping and handling charges (UK only-overseas customers ask us for a postage quote). Return shipping charges, including proper insurance, are the responsibility of the customer.
