Ecosse succeeds due to the enthusiastic support of our team of dealers and distributors throughout the world. These professionals provide value-added support and services. Many dealers also offer in-home cable trials so that the customer may buy with confidence after experiencing the performance of the product in his/her own audio system. If you have local dealer within a reasonable distance, Ecosse requests that you demo and purchase your cables from that dealer.

For those not residing within a reasonable distance to a dealer, Ecosse does offer manufacturer-direct sales at 10% off retail prices. Even if there is a dealer in your area, you might want to contact us for info anyway.

Ecosse offers a 14-day risk-free trial period during which the customer may return the cables for a full refund (minus handling & service charge-10% of price). Contact Ecosse to arrange a return.

All cables are manufactured at the time of order and most orders ship within 24-72 hours. Orders are shipped overnight, unless otherwise specified. Price usually includes shipping and handling charges (UK only-overseas customers ask us for a postage quote). Return shipping charges, including proper insurance, are the responsibility of the customer.
